To overcome these challenges, ITB uses various analysis methods such as SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) to construct more effective strategies
One of the main focuses in ITB's strategic plan is to increase the quality of international research and publications, specifically in the fields of engineering, science, and humanities.
"The suggested strategic steps include increasing cooperation with foreign universities, providing scholarship schemes, and improving a more flexible academic system to support student mobility," he explained.
On this occasion, the participants who attended took part in the simulation of the "NTAO (No Talk Action Only) Session". Participants were tasked with practicing their SWOT identification skills and formulating practical solutions to problems in the area around ITB Ganesha Campus in a limited time.
