Bandung Startup Pitching Day – June 2025: Empowering the Future Through Innovation in AI, IoT, EdTech, Green Technology & SDGs

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id – Bandung Startup Pitching Day (BSPD) digelar pada Selasa (1/7/2025) di Gedung Freeport SBM ITB. Kegiatan ini mempertemukan 20 startup tahap awal dengan puluhan investor dari dalam dan luar negeri. Gelaran ke-11 ini diinisiasi oleh lima penggerak ekosistem startup di Bandung: The Greater Hub SBM ITB, Direktorat Kawasan Sains dan Teknologi (DKST) ITB, Startup Bandung, Geek Hunter, dan Block71 Bandung.
Investor yang hadir berasal dari berbagai institusi seperti Argor, BNI Venture, BRI Ventures, Genesia Ventures, Telkomsel Ventures, Spiral Ventures, Init-6, 1982 VC, East Ventures, Impactto, Incubate Fund, Meet Ventures, Hasan VC, dan Supernova Ecosystem.
The event opened with remarks by Dr. rer. pol. Eko Agus Prasetio, S.T., MBA., Vice Dean of Academic Affairs at SBM ITB, followed by Ir. R. Sugeng Joko Sarwono, M.T., Ph.D., Director of DKST ITB, and Dr. Dina Dellyana, Head of The Greater Hub SBM ITB Incubator.
In his address, Dr. Joko Sarwono introduced ITB’s two developing Innovation Parks located in Ganesha and Summarecon Bandung. “DKST acts as a catalyst for tech startup growth by providing an ecosystem, facilities, mentorship, and strategic connections to help university-born innovations reach the market,” he said.
Dr. Dina highlighted BSPD’s role in aligning incubation processes with industry needs. “University and community incubators are agile in supporting startups. BSPD gives us direct insights from investors and VCs, reminding us to continuously adapt our incubation curriculum to ensure our startups are market-ready and relevant,” she explained.
This year, 20 selected startups from various sectors presented their innovations to investors, each given five minutes for pitching and Q&A. Participating startups included: bubbME Mobile Game, Elevated Indonesia, Wattr, Agrivision, KawanBantu, Plexol, Aseta, amig.ai, EZWIFT, Parakarsa, Dago Kinematic, SopirinAja, Arutala Aksara, Serenic.ai, YourBestie, Smart AI Business Builder, Japi Edutech Indonesia, Kalorize, MooApps Agriculture Technology, and BIKI.
Investors in attendance represented institutions such as Argor, BNI Ventures, BRI Ventures, Genesia Ventures, Telkomsel Ventures, Spiral Ventures, Init-6, 1982 VC, East Ventures, Impactto, Incubate Fund, Meet Ventures, Hasan VC, and Supernova Ecosystem.
As part of the event, BSPD 2025 presented awards to four standout startups in the following categories: The Most Innovative, The Best Pitch, The Most Impactful, and The Most Marketable. This year’s winners were bubbME Mobile Game, KawanBantu, Wattr, and BIKI.
By directly connecting startups with investors and key stakeholders, BSPD continues to strengthen its role as a relevant platform for fostering sustainable and impactful innovation.
